2024August 24 - The staff training session on Saturday, August 17 was held with the entire team in attendance.
The theme of this training is communication.ASOBI https://www.asobi11.com/After talking with Mihoko Terada, the representative director, we had an actual experience (creating an inclusive sport and a mini-inclusive sports day).
Through the training, I was able to learn the importance of getting to know the other person and the importance of teamwork by having a margin.
